Massa Tistrassa - Fondant
Massa Tistrassa is a 100% vegan fondant also known as flower paste.
It is used for covering or modeling cakes.
The fondant itself is smooth, compliant and elastic, it rests on any surface and does not break at the edges. That is why it is extremely easy to model figures and various shapes. No crystal structure is visible in the homogeneous mass.
It is not transparent, so even with a thickness of only one millimeter,
the base is not transparent.
It is extremely non-greasy and can therefore be used for painting and airbrushing. Edible colors are quickly absorbed and there is no blurring of contours.
The subtle taste of vanilla in no way impairs the taste of the decorated product.
Massa Tistrassa is available in 1kg, 2.5kg and 10kg

On request, we can brand any motif on the waffles.
